General Provisions

bbvip (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bbvip platform and all its users ("user" or "you").

bbvip may request one of the following documents at any time for identity verification:

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (for age verification purposes)
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (for financial verification purposes)

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account and any pending withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

All bonuses are awarded subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms and conditions.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met
• A promotion cannot be used more than once or across multiple accounts

5.2 VIP Program

The bbvip VIP program has four tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades depend on your overall activity and participation on the platform. bbvip reserves the right to change or revise VIP tier benefits at any time.

5.3 Cashback Policy

Weekly cashback is calculated on the basis of net losses and is credited to eligible users' accounts every Monday. The cashback amount is withdrawable. bbvip reserves the right to make any changes to the cashback program.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on the bbvip platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply equally to everyone to ensure fair play.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed; however, bbvip reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Live odds may change after an event has started
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international cricket
• If evidence of match-fixing or other irregularities is found, bbvip reserves the right to void the related bets

6.3 Casino and Slots Rules

• All games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, bbvip will provide an appropriate resolution

Prohibited Activities

8.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet disconnection, server maintenance, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances. bbvip is not liable for any financial loss suffered by a user in such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Services

bbvip is not responsible for issues caused by delays or errors in bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer services. However, we will assist in resolving every such issue.

8.3 Betting Losses

Betting and gaming are inherently financially risky. bbvip is not responsible in any way for losses incurred by users on their bets. Only bet with money whose loss will not affect your daily life.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email address. However, it is the user's own responsibility to stay updated on any changes.

12.2 Use After Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The unenforceability of one clause will not invalidate the terms and conditions as a whole.
